The MR Puffer 5 is the 5 fin version of the . The key differences between this model and the Puffer Twin is the winged squash tail and the 5 fin layout.

The aim of this model was to combine the floatation, paddle power and glide characteristics with high-performance features resulting in a small wave performance board. The outline is a semi-traditional fish shape with a slightly more refined nose and volume carried forward, finishing in a small beak nose.

The rocker is low overall providing lots of drive, glide over fatter sections and paddle power. The tail rocker is lifted a little more than a traditional fish shape to keep it loose and lively.

A single to double concave with an accentuated V through the tail increases rail to rail responsiveness and makes it easy to push through turns. The wing squash tail helps to increase your speed down the line and helps you speed over fat or dead sections of the wave with ease.

Recommended fin setup is FCS2 plugs in a twin fin stabilizer or quad fin configuration.
