Early 2000s Oscar de la Renta flared skirt with all over 'drawn' tulip print. The skirt has side pockets and zips up the side. The textured cotton/viscose fabric has some weight to it but is also light due to the fitted pleated style of the skirt. In excellent condition, marked and fits like a US 8.
